By providing Landlords with online property management services, and by providing Tenants the ability to pay their rent online, track and share their rental history, and communicate with their landlord with their own tenant site, Rentomatic creates a professional, respectful relationship between landlords and tenants.

Transparency for the rental market

It's been easy to tell what a stock is worth on the stock market for almost a hundred years, so why isn't it easy to tell how the market values a rental unit? The short answer is that the rental market is highly localized and that no two apartments are identical, which makes valuing a rental unit difficult.
